Location: NC Maritime Museum, Gallant's Channel

The Festival comes to life on Saturday, when the Vin de Mer Culinary Village officially opens! From 12:30pm to 4:30pm, guests can venture to The NC Maritime Museum's Gallant's Channel, to experience a culinary affair like no other. Touted as the Festival’s “heart”, the Beaufort Wine and Food Culinary Village will feature a large enclosed vendor village that showcases over 60 culinary related businesses, including top restaurants, wineries from all over the world, culinary related merchandise, sponsors and much more!

Grand Tasting Village Attendees can enjoy samples from favorite world-renowned wine makers and spirits. They can become acquainted with the variety of wines and other beverages offered. Guests are able to ambled from station to station to experience the latest in food trends from the area's top restaurants, caterers, and food vendors.

 

Village Ticket includes wine and food tasting, commemorative glassware, chef and author cooking demonstrations.

Guest Winemaker: Joe Otos, Owl Ridge Wines

Guest Winemaker: Randy Baranek, Ehrhardt Estates Winery

Time: 7:30 – 10:30pm

Location: Beaufort Historic Site

Music: Unknown Tongues

Following the Grand Tasting Village, the Beaufort Historic Site will come to life with this fun event! Guests will be able to enjoy music, food, and bubbles.
